Role Summary WashHero (eco-friendly residential car wash) and PetHero (mobile premium pet grooming) are two fast-growing home-service brands expanding across Lebanon and the region. We are looking for a full-time Content & Creative Marketing Specialist to lead our social media presence, create engaging content, design visual assets, and support performance marketing initiatives. This is a remote, full-time position requiring strong creativity, execution speed, and understanding of modern digital marketing trends. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Content Creation • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for WashHero & PetHero • Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content • Write captions aligned with brand voice • Produce short-form videos (Reels / TikToks) • Coordinate content with field teams when needed ________________________________________ 2. Graphic Design & Visual Identity • Design posts, stories, ads, and marketing materials • Maintain visual consistency across both brands • Create promotional visuals, flyers, and campaign creatives • Support truck branding and offline marketing materials ________________________________________ 3. Performance Marketing Support • Assist in creating paid ad creatives • Collaborate on Instagram & Meta ad campaigns • Analyse engagement metrics and optimize content strategy • Suggest growth tactics to increase followers and leads ________________________________________ 4. Brand Development • Refine and maintain brand tone for both WashHero & PetHero • Ensure messaging consistency across platforms • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions ________________________________________ 5.
