Construction Foreman – Full Time
Location: Mount Lebanon
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise and manage on-site construction works. The foreman will be responsible for coordinating workers, ensuring quality execution, and keeping the project on schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily construction activities on site
• Manage and guide labor workers and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with project manager, contractor, and suppliers
• Monitor materials usage and site cleanliness
• Ensure safety rules are followed on site
• Report daily progress and site issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience as a foreman in building construction
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP works
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in Lebanon is a must
