A refined, internationally-inspired bistro is seeking a talented and reliable Chef de Partie to join its close-knit kitchen team. The cuisine is rooted in Italian tradition, elegantly presented, and executed with precision.
Requirements:
– Minimum 4 years of professional kitchen experience
– Some experience with fine dining plating techniques
– Strong sense of organization, timing, and hygiene
– High level of attention to detail and consistency
– Fluency in English (essential for kitchen communication)
The Chef de Partie will report to the Head Chef and is expected to follow established recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures. This is a disciplined, team-driven environment that values calm execution, precision, and pride in craftsmanship.
