[redacted email address] lb As the cellar operator in the brewing and beer filtering department you will be responsible for monitoring the fermented beer from fermentation to packaging including fermentation procedures, yeast management, storage, and filtering. S(He) will also filter alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer and sends them to the packaging line. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Implementation of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer production plan and performance improvement related to the department's objectives. Filter non-alcoholic and alcoholic beer. Execution of the annual maintenance and cleaning program. Miscellaneous works such as filling out the fault sheet and quality and the malfunction sheet and finding appropriate solutions, as well as performing the monthly inventory of raw materials and chemicals. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: You hold a BT or TS degree in Electricity/Mechanics or equivalent. You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in terms of machine operation and maintenance of automated processes. Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Word, Excel. You can work in a cold environment as well as overtime, night shifts, public holidays, and weekends when necessary. You are dynamic; results/detail oriented and take the right initiative. You can work under stress.
