Description
Key Responsibilities:
Phone Order Management: Promptly answer incoming calls to take accurate takeout and delivery orders using our 2026 POS systems.
Front Counter Service: Greet walk-in customers and process orders and payments (cash, credit, and mobile/digital apps) accurately.
Order Accuracy: Repeat orders back to customers to ensure 100% accuracy before sending them to the kitchen.
Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen team to monitor order times and manage guest expectations during peak rush periods.
Station Maintenance: Keep the counter and order-taking area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
