Process customer payments by cash, card, and other approved methods accurately.
Issue receipts and invoices for every transaction.
Count the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift and report any shortage or excess.
Hand over the shift cash and closing report to the manager according to company procedures.
Handle refunds, exchanges, and voids only with manager approval.
