Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our shop team. The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments accurately, and providing friendly service that reflects our shop’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers when they enter the shop and offer assistance if needed.
- Handle cash, give correct change when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer questions and direct them to the correct products or staff if necessary.
- Occasionally help with restocking shelves or keeping store presentation tidy.
- Report any discrepancies or issues (e. g. price mismatches, payment problems) to the shop manager.
Requirements:
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required — willingness to learn is important.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work under moderate pressure during busy times.
- Basic familiarity with cash registers, POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Trustworthy and honest, as handling money is a key responsibility.
- Good communication skills.
Working Hours:
Shift-based schedule (e. g. mornings, afternoons, evenings , depending on shop needs). Weekend availability may be required.

ساعات العمل:
الدوام بنظام الشفتات بحسب حاجة المتجر (صباحا - عصرا - ليلا)
