Description
Role Purpose:
To deploy in-store Fundamentals with customers within an assigned territory in order to deliver targeted coverage, volume, and in-store fundamentals.
Accountabilities:
Sales:
-Ensures the deployment of desired Sales Fundamentals across all assigned stores in order to achieve the sales volume target.
-Ensures all assigned outlets are covered within agreed frequency to sustain in-store fundamentals, achieve volume objectives and desired productivity measures.
-Merchandises the products at the outlets based on the sales fundamentals to ensure a proper visibility inside the store.
-Maintains good relations with current and potential clients and develops the best means to meet their demands.
Market Intelligence:
-Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.
Receivables Collection:
-Ensures immediate cash collection and on time credit dues to sustain company’s cash flow levels.
Miscellaneous:
-Keeps company assets (mobile phone, van, printer) and personal image (uniform, hygiene etc) in good condition and abides by traffic laws in order to preserve company image.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Sales experience is a plus
