Arcus Solutions is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in façade systems, surface materials, finishing works, or construction contracting.
Your role:
* Identify new projects and business opportunities.
* Build relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and contractors.
* Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
What we’re looking for:
* Relevant industry experience and an understanding of the Lebanese construction market.
* An established network of industry contacts.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
* Initiative and the ability to work independently.
We offer a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure linked to results.
