Description
• Manage and supervise all branch operations on a daily basis
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving targets
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and discipline
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Control costs, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operations
• Coordinate with HR for staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the branch
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within F&B or retail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Good knowledge of operations, sales, and customer service
• Flexibility in working hours including weekends and shifts
