Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: USD 700–1,000 (based on experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support our daily office and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and customer communication in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Enter and record goods upon receipt and ensure proper documentation
• Track orders from placement to delivery and update relevant records
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries
• Manage and respond to customer communications via WhatsApp
• Maintain awareness of warehouse inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
