Minimum Education level: - Bachelor in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting or any equivalent experience Skills: - Must be proficient in english, be able to write emails and prepare quotations - ⁠Patient and relaxed and be able to manage calls and messages during high season - ⁠Comfortable using a PC/troubleshooting and learning our system - ⁠Proficiency in excel - ⁠Experience in data management is a plus - ⁠Experience in an ERP accounting system is a plus but not required Responsibilities: - Take calls or messages from clients and scheduling appointments - ⁠Explaining to clients our services and giving prices - ⁠Following up with clients - ⁠Opening accounts for new clients on our system - ⁠Data entry of client invoices on our system - ⁠Schedule management for drivers (be able to efficiently give appointments to clients and prepare the driver’s daily route based on client’s location) Location: preferably someone from metn/kesserwan
