Description
Job Title: Site Mechanical Engineer
Location: Gemayzeh, Lebanon
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Salary: $1300 per month
Company Benefits: Social security and transportation as per the law
Requirements:
- Age between 25 and 28 years old
- Male candidates only
- Minimum 3 years, maximum 5 years experience.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and shop drawings
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage mechanical aspects of construction projects at the site.
2. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure mechanical systems are installed and functioning correctly.
3. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, including shop drawings.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
5. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions to maintain project progress.
6. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address any site-specific challenges or requirements.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including reports and correspondence.
8. Adhere to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among project teams.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2.3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the contracting industry.
3. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and shop drawings interpretation.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
