I am looking for a fulltime position as a helpdesk support agent. I can reply to tickets, resolve and close incidents, perform troubleshooting over chat systems, email, phone, and remote desktop. I have long years of experience in customer support.
I can also help manage remote Linux servers using ssh, manage service daemons, upgrade systems remotely, and other related tasks. I can also do some coding, patching, and recompiling packages.
