- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and market competition to offer informed recommendations to customers, resolve any concerns or issues promptly, and contribute to a cohesive and dynamic retail team environment.
- Engage customers in a warm and approachable manner, you'll serve as a Retail Sales Executive, catering to their inquiries, preferences, and purchases to ensure a delightful shopping experience.
- Perform precise and efficient point-of-sale transactions, strictly adhering to company guidelines, managing cash dealings, and overseeing day-to-day cash reconciliation and reporting duties.
- Creat a positive shopping experience by conversing with customers in a friendly manner, assisting them with product queries, preferences, and purchases.
- Manage the upkeep and presentation of the retail floor, actively ensuring merchandise displays are attractive, adequately stocked, and precisely labeled to ignite customer interest and drive sales.
