Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Indoor Saleswoman to join our new showroom, specializing in textile and home linens. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting textile and home sheet products that meet their needs and preferences.
Sales Generation: Actively engage in sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems. Handle cash, credit card payments, and provide accurate change to customers.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase assistance. Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the textile or home goods industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic proficiency in English/ French.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
Maintain a professional appearance at all time, none smokers are prefered.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00PM
Benefits:
500$ - 600$ Basic Salary.
