We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Delivery Supervisor at (Vie Hospitality SARL ), Pizzeria is at LEVEL 2 a brand new food & beverage complex in the heart of Biyada opposite Starbucks. As a Delivery Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our delivery operations, coordinating with delivery personnel, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Perks:
Competitive Salary will be 475$+120$ transportation according to the government Law.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise delivery team members.
Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries.
Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline delivery processes.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or delivery service.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with delivery management software/tools is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
