An experienced customer relationship manager responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with existing and new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction & order delivery as per set deadlines.
Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
* Reporting into business lead for overall business health, orders and client satisfaction
* Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
* Overseeing client order requests across key verticals; couture, ready to wear and bridal dresses
* Overseeing the relationship with existing client & potential ones
* Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
* Keeping customers updated on the latest collections and product lines
* Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
* Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
* Conducting business reviews using CRM programs + inputting data day to day on the system
* Assessing key competing player strategies and sharing insights accordingly whilst tapping into key growth pillars
