Description
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant. We're looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional secretarial and logistics skills. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a filing system, ordering office supplies, booking travel arrangements, and more.
Qualifications for the role include proficiency in English, proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also a must.
This is a full-time position with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Saturday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
