We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a dynamic team with creativity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the service, barista, and kitchen teams
• Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and workflow
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering with cost control in mind
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for new campaigns and events
• Maintain alignment with Scrolle’s holistic and design-driven concept
Requirements:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in restaurant or café management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Passion for hospitality, wellness, and holistic experiences
• Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
