Raspberry Pi Zero W + some basic components which are:
1. Raspberry Pi Zero W official case.
2. Micro USB to USB-A female OTG cable.
3. HDMI to mini-HDMI cable.
What you should have:
1. A phone and an OTG adapter/ Computer.
2. A charger.
3. Keyboard and mouse.
4. Micro SD card (minimum 8GB)
By the way the raspberry lite/basic/full OS may not work using the NOOBS V3.5 installer maybe because raspberry pi stopped support IDK but you can write it to SD card manually by using another tool.
Debian Linux is recommended.
