A renowned Plastic Surgeon in Lebanon is looking for a young, dynamic, good-looking, and talented female Personal Assistant to join his team in his Private Clinic located in Haret Sakher on Jounieh Highwsy Job Type: Full time Female Personal Assistant Your Role: • Respond to patients and manage communications. • Organize and schedule the doctor’s appointments. • Assist in daily administrative tasks. • Support with social media , take videos from the daily clinic activity • Prepare reports & presentations using Microsoft Office. • Help the Doctor with treatments such as Botox , Filler injections and small procedures in the office • Manage the Clinic’s daily routine Requirements: • Young Female, presentable, and motivated. • Fluent in English , French & Arabic • Living in Jounieh area , • Highly organized, proactive and friendly .
